Our Compatibility Process
At HCS Home Care, our home health aides offer face to face service and complete attention to each and every client for a minimum of four hours a day. As a result, it is especially important that you get along well with your caregiver.
Our compatibility process begins by qualifying each client, in addition to reviewing your medical requirements. A Care counselor from HCS Home Care will ask you a series of relevant questions that will help us to appreciate a prospective client’s mental, emotional and physical needs. A nurse will complete an initial assessment and will create a customized plan of care, he or she will make a note’s of personal preferences and hobbies, emotional and physical needs, as well as any effects that aging or illness may be occurring to behavior and or mood.
These details will allow us to match our patients with a well trained, certified home health aide who may share similar interests. The aides respect their patient’s specific requirements and aspire to maintain the best possible quality of life for each and every patient.
Most aides are bilingual and also speak additional languages like Spanish, Russian or Chinese, Hebrew and Arabic. If you or your loved one is more comfortable speaking a language other than English, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
