Do you or loved one need assistance with managing medications? A registered nurse from HCS Home Care is in constant communication with you or your loved one’s primary care provider.  We ensure that the medications that are being taken are at the proper doses prescribed, and will monitor for side effects, and help find a medication routine that helps you take the medications as they are prescribed. An HCS Home Care registered nurse will assess the ability of you or a family member to take medications properly, help with ordering refills and help set-up up a personalized medication system.
