At HCS Home Care, the patients we care for represent a wide range of ethnicities and cultures.  Each of our patients are unique and have different needs whether we have a patient in need of skilled nursing or a home health aide to assist in daily personal care – HCS Home Care is always here to help.

As providers to patients throughout the five boroughs – we address each patient and family needs in the languages and cultures of the entire city. We help to create and sustain an environment in which the patient feels comfortable and trusting and therefore better able to express themselves and their needs and desires.

We educate our home health aides in cultural diversity, heightening their awareness and knowledge of each patient’s special needs and requirements.  That’s why we have special divisions for Russian, Spanish and Asian cultural needs – and our home health aides must know the languages and the cultures to serve our patient’s needs.
